Liz Shropshire is the executive director of The Shropshire Music Foundation and has dedicated 23 years to transforming the lives of more than 20,000 war-impacted children and adolescents through locally-run, youth-led music education programs. From rushing to Kosovo to volunteer as an aid worker, to a refugee center in Poland and is now officially initiating a full-scale on-the-ground program for Ukrainian refugees this foundation is making an impact. Listen to learn more about the refugee crisis in general, and what Arizonans can do to help the world's most vulnerable populations.
